Facebook / Etsy Trade / Update!

Hey, you guys should check out my Photography Facebook page! I just switched over to time line, which I didn't like at first but I do now. It was gonna happen anyway so I figured mind as well do it. I'm still not sure if I like it for the personal pages but I do like it a lot better for the business pages. Also, you guys should like my page because when I get to 100 likes I'm going to give away a print!!

My sister and I hung out all day Sunday and went thrifting and to Sonic. I picked up these pretties! This weekend I'm going to take some photos of my vintage cameras and make some prints. I'll post when I put them up :)

I also did an Etsy trade with Rhianna from ellolovey this week. She has some super cute and awesome prints in her shop! Her blog is also really awesome. I can't wait to frame it and put it up in my room :) I would definitely do another Etsy/or other store trade again..would anyone be interested??

Self Portrait Saturday!

Today is Self Portrait Saturday again over at Wonder Forest. I did mine earlier in the week because I knew I wouldn't be able to do it this morning. (We have a bunch of family over for my mom's bday) I really liked the outfit I was wearing so I came home, threw on some lipstick, made a backdrop and took some photos :) This was my favorite one out of all of them and I couldn't decide between black and white and color (as always) so I posted both. O and P.S. there was a theme for this weeks but I had already done mine opps!

Sneak Peek Bridal Show.

Yesterday I shot Castle Couture's Bridal Show. And wow do they have some amazing dresses!! Here are some sneak peek photos. I haven't gone through all of them yet but here are some of my favorites. And I think it's safe to say that I'm in love with my new camera!! I will post the rest of the photos in the next couple of days :)

Self-Portraits!

I wanted to play around with my new camera today and it's Self Portrait Saturday over at Wonder Forest so it was the perfect time to take some self portraits! I'm pretty happy with the way they turned out. I'd like to start making some back-drops to put on my wall so its not always plain. And I also have to work on looking into the camera but I feel like I'm always making weird faces. Not bad for the first time though!

New Stores!

I've been contemplating leaving Etsy and opening up shops someplace else for awhile now..the fees are just getting way too expensive! I found Storenvy through Simply Lively and decided to open up two shops on there-one for my Photography and one for my Jewelry and Headbands. They still have a long ways to go but here they are so far :) And I will be adding a lot more product in the next few days!

Anchors Aweigh.

Hey! Hope you guys had a good weekend! Yesterday my friends and I went out for GALentines day..it was a lot of fun! Parks and Rec anyone?? For anyone who doesn't know what that is..it's the day before Valentine's day when you go out with your girl friends. We went out to lunch in Philly at Nodding head, exchanged some gifts and then over to Max Brenner for some chocolate. Basically an awesome day :) After that I came home and painted a little anchor painting..because I'm in love with them..and I want it as my next tattoo :)

Happy Endings.

I added some new headbands to my shop today! They are all of the knot style..next up is bows :) I also played around with my camera taking shots of the headbands now that I can finally use the wireless remote I got! Also, my screen flips out which is pretty awesome so I can actually see myself when I'm taking the picture.

New Camera and Fabric.

I got my new camera and some more fabric to make headbands today!! It was pretty dark when I came home from work today so I'm pretty excited to play around with it tomorrow :) I'll also be making lots of headbands and adding them to my Etsy. If anyone has any requests on fabric or type of headband let me know :)
